The $2 billion Parramatta Square precinct will be the first of its kind in Australia to utilise smart city technology. This outstanding project was a complete design and construct venture for FIP Electrical Pty Ltd, from the base built to a complete fitout for the University of Western Sydney, achieving a 5 Star Green Star and 5 Star NABERS Energy Rating.
