Wollongong Central / West Keira Shopping Centre (NSW)
FIP Electrical Pty Ltd (NSW) carried out the Wollongong Central / West Keira project under a design and construct contract, utilising the experience of our engineering team and also incorporating a Rivet design, all of which was carried out through in-house, giving FIP Electrical Pty Ltd full control of the design and drafting.
The new six storey centre, due to be completed by November 2014, comprises of 3 levels of retail and three levels of car parking which connects seamlessly to the existing centre via a tunnel under Keira Street as well as a pedestrian bridge over it. The 18,000sqm expansion will host 80 new speciality stores and more than 650 additional car spaces for an enhanced retail experience.
