6 & 8 Parramatta Square – Landmark Commercial Towers (NSW)
Our team contributed to the delivery of 6 & 8 Parramatta Square, one of Australia’s most iconic commercial developments. The interconnected towers rise 55 storeys and reach 243 metres in height, providing premium A-grade office space. Together, they represent the largest commercial building in Australia and the second tallest office tower in NSW.
Beyond office space, 6 & 8 Parramatta Square anchors the precinct’s vibrant business and dining scene, featuring world-class restaurants and amenities. FIP Electrical successfully completed all electrical and communications services, ensuring seamless delivery and overcoming complex technical challenges to support this high-profile, mixed-use development.
FIP Electrical also contributed to one of Australia’s largest-ever office design projects in 2022, delivering 15 levels of integrated fit-out at 6&8 Parramatta Square (‘6&8PSQ’) for the NSW Government. This expansive 43,800 sqm project seamlessly connects to 33 floors of the adjoining tower at 4 Parramatta Square, enabling the NSW Government to execute its ambitious hub workplace strategy despite challenges posed by COVID-19 during design and construction.
6&8PSQ was designed as a future-focused workplace, engineered to flexibly adapt to evolving tenant and user requirements. The project represents a significant evolution for the NSW Government, fostering a more agile and hybrid workforce, enhancing workplace culture, and promoting connection across a campus-style hub in a pivotal Sydney location.
