FIP Electrical Pty Ltd has been proud to be involved in the Westfield’s $1.2 billion, Westfield Sydney development project, which includes more than 100 fashion and food specialty stores, office tower and what will be a world-class retail and commercial precinct. Parts of the complex during construction were to remain powered up, including the tower. The existing installation had Pyros (MIMS) and steel wire armed cabling which had to be maintained and diverted, including all the other electrical services. The project consisted demolition of Imperial Arcade and Convention Centre refurbishment of Sky Garden and Centre Point with progressive openings of new retail.
