Harbourside (NSW)
The Harbourside redevelopment by Mirvac is a landmark mixed-use project on Sydney’s Darling Harbour. The 87,000 m² development comprises approximately 33,500 m² of office space, 10,000 m² of retail, entertainment and hospitality areas, and around 263 luxury apartments within a 42-storey residential tower above the podium. The design also delivers over 10,200 m² of new public domain, including the 3,500 m² Waterfront Gardens and a widened promenade that enhances pedestrian connectivity along the foreshore.
The development incorporates a fully electric, high-performance electrical infrastructure designed to support reliable, efficient, and future-ready operations. Systems include precinct-wide power distribution, standby generation for critical services, integrated communications, and building management capabilities, as well as provisions for EV charging and renewable energy integration. All services are designed to align with Mirvac’s sustainability and Net Zero Carbon objectives.
Through a coordinated design and construction approach, the project ensures seamless integration of electrical and operational systems with the architectural framework. The outcome is a resilient, connected, and sustainable precinct that supports Mirvac’s vision for a modern urban landmark.
