Phillip Smith Centre (TAS)
The Phillip Smith Centre is a stunning, heritage protected building first built in 1908. FIP Electrical (TAS) PTY LTD were engaged to provide Light, Power, Communications and Security services to this building, as part of a comprehensive refurbishment. Consisting of three levels of learning spaces and one level of amenities, extensive works were undertaken to give students and teaching staff access to a modern, world class teaching facility while preserving the charm and heritage value of the building.
