Pindara Private Hospital Redevelopment (QLD)
The Pindara Private Hospital Redevelopment Project involved constructing a new six-storey extension to the existing ward building and refurbishing selected internal areas to support growing hospital and clinical service needs. The works were designed to provide high-quality, modern facilities that accommodate both current demands and future expansion.
The completed redevelopment delivered a range of new and upgraded facilities, including expanded back-of-house storage and a new loading dock, new administration areas, two additional theatres, and 56 new ward beds. It also provided cold-shell floors with full backbone infrastructure for future growth, new staff lounge and dining areas, an updated medical records area, an extended recovery space, and modifications to the existing Main Switchboard.
All construction and refurbishment activities were carefully managed to ensure the hospital remained fully operational, with no disruption to normal services throughout the project.
