Australian Technology Park, South Eveleigh – Commonwealth Bank – The Foundry & Yerrabingin House buildings (NSW)

Located within the revitalised South Eveleigh precinct in Redfern, The Foundry and Yerrabingin House are two landmark buildings designed by FJMT Studio for Mirvac and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia.

The Foundry, one of Australia’s largest and most innovative commercial workplaces, is a six-storey, 55,000 m² “groundscraper” accommodating over 5,500 employees within a highly flexible, light-filled environment. Yerrabingin House, a four-storey mixed-use building, brings together commercial offices, retail, childcare, a gym, and community spaces — including Australia’s first Indigenous rooftop urban farm — to create a dynamic, people-focused environment.

Our team delivered the complete electrical services package across both buildings, including power distribution, lighting and control systems, communications and data networks, and smart-building integration. The works required meticulous coordination to meet the projects’ high standards for performance, sustainability, and flexibility, resulting in two innovative, future-ready workplaces supported by robust and intelligently designed electrical infrastructure.
